PROJECT DETAILS
The 300 acre University District Specific Plan includes 1,610 Residential Units, 110 Affordable Apartments, 150 High Density – Live/Work Units, and 300,000 sf of Commercial/Mixed Use space in Rohnert Park, CA.
The project included design and construction of an offsite 1M gallon water tank, a regional detention facility, widening Rohnert Park Expressway, and over 72 acres of wetland mitigation and preserve.
MacKay & Somps provided Civil Engineering, Planning, and Surveying Services including feasibility studies, land planning, entitlements, preparation of on-site and off-site construction documents, water quality design, and construction support.
