Artist Walk was developed with 184 apartment units and 28,500 sq ft in the heart of Fremont. This redevelopment project took underutilized industrial property to create a vibrant vertical mixed-use community.
MacKay & Somps provided Civil Engineering and Surveying Services including feasibility studies, land planning, entitlements, preparation of on-site and off-site construction documents (including CalTrans processing), water quality design, and construction support.
