The Central Lathrop Specific Plan located in Lathrop, CA is approximately 1,520 acres. Phase 1 is approximately 750 acres consisting of approximately 1500 residential lots including 195 high density build-for-rent units, with the potential for up to an additional 900+ high density units is areas zoned for mixed use. Phase 1 also includes about 180 acres of commercial use as well as a high school and several public parks and a community center. Phase 2 consists of over 700 acres of industrial use.

The project included design and construction of an offsite 1.2M gallon water tank, a combined storm and sewer pump station, a 72” diameter storm drain forcemain, a storm drain outfall to the San Joaquin River, parallel sewer forcemains, and approximately 4 miles of new arterial roadways.
