The Fallon Gateway Commercial area covers 38.4 acres and has over 380,000 sf of General Commercial/Retail space anchored by a Target Superstore. The Fallon Gateway serves as an entrance to the City of Dublin and the approximately 10,000 residential units in Dublin Ranch and Fallon Village.

MacKay & Somps provided Civil Engineering, Planning, and Surveying Services including feasibility studies, land planning, entitlements, Caltrans permitting assistance, preparation of on-site and off-site construction documents, water quality design, and construction support.
