PROJECT DETAILS
The Solaire project is a ±395 acre component of the Sierra Vista Specific Plan Area. This mixed use community provides over 2,000 residential dwelling units of varying densities, ±21.0 acres parks. ±50.0 acres of open space, ±22.0 acres of commercial uses, and a ±10 acre elementary school site.
MacKay & Somps provided Civil Engineering, Planning, and Surveying services, including Land Use Planning, Tentative Mapping, Entitlement support, Infrastructure Master Planning, Improvement Plan Design, and construction support.
