PROJECT DETAILS

The 315 acre Tri Pointe Logistics industrial complex is part of the South Lathrop Specific Plan located in Lathrop, CA near the junction of Interstate 5 and State Route 120 and includes 10 planned industrial buildings ranging in size from 110,000 SF to 1,250,000 SF.

The project included planning, design and construction of a storm drain pump station, a two acre stormwater quality basin, an 18.5 acre flood control detention basin, a 48” storm drain forcemain, a regional stormwater outfall into the San Joaquin River, a sewer pump station, dual 6” sanitary sewer forcemains that pump effluent to the City of Lathrop treatment facility, and potable water pipes that were installed under SR 120. The exit ramp at the Highway 120 / Yosemite Ave. interchange was modified to accommodate a free right turn into the project.

MacKay & Somps provided Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Surveying Services including feasibility studies, land planning, entitlements, preparation of on-site and off-site construction documents, multiple parcel maps, construction administration, and construction staking.
